Infobip Nigeria honoured as the best Communication Solution Provider of the Year at two Awards ceremonies
Infobip Nigeria has been named the best Communication Solution Provider of the Year at both the 17th Titan of Tech Nigeria and the 12th Annual Beacon ICT Awards.
On Friday, the 23rd of July, Infobip Nigeria, a global cloud communications company, received the Outstanding Business Communication Solution Provider of the Year award at the 17th Titan of Tech Nigeria Awards. Just a day later, the leader in omni-channel customer engagement was also named the Best Communication Solution Provider at the 12th Annual Beacon ICT Awards.
“This is a very proud moment for Infobip. It is the first time that we are receiving awards in the West African region, which shows that the efforts we have put into structuring our business in Nigeria, as well as marketing and launching our products are finally paying off,” says Infobip Nigeria country manager, Olatayo Ladipo-Ajai.
While the Beacon of ICT Awards recognises top performers in Nigeria's ICT sector, the Titans of Tech Awards, which is popularly known as Nigeria’s Tech Industry Grammy Awards, celebrates the country's most important ‘movers and shakers’. Both awards give recognition to best practices and outstanding contributions to the ICT industry in Nigeria.
Ladipo-Ajai says the awards further prove that Infobip has made a meaningful impact on various segments of the country and region’s economy. This, he explains, was specifically around its contribution to organisations’ rapidly changing communication needs and strategies, driven by the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic last year.
Validation of value
“We have been operating in Africa for a number of years and these accolades are a recognition of the value Infobip delivers to West Africa. It's great to see the industry acknowledges the work we and our partners are doing for our customers. It is a very big achievement for Infobip Nigeria indeed,” he adds.
“However, there is always room to do more. As a company, we will continue to focus strongly on Nigeria and ensure that we continue helping businesses transform so that they may build meaningful and rewarding relationships with their customers.”
