TN CyberTech Investments Holdings Limited, the Zimbabwe-based technology and financial services group headquartered in Harare, plans to convert traditional branches into artificial intelligence (AI)-driven self-service centres equipped with cash-recycling ATMs and self-service kiosks.
The company said its strategy is focused on scaling through technology partnerships, growing its customer base and keeping physical infrastructure costs low.
TN CyberTech reported profit after tax of ZWG151 million for the six months ended 30 June 2026, an increase of about 38% on the comparative period.
The current six-month reporting period runs from 1 January to 30 June 2026, while the comparative period covers 1 March to 31 August 2025 following a change in the group’s financial year-end.
During the period, TN CyberTech said its banking business reached a milestone in asset tokenisation by tokenising and fully allocating 150 properties in Fairview Estate. The initiative is intended to support future tokenised investment products targeting domestic and diaspora investors.
Looking ahead, the group plans to expand its network of hyper-integration partners, introduce additional embedded financial products and launch further tokenisation initiatives for domestic and diaspora investors.
TN CyberTech changed its name from EcoCash Holdings Zimbabwe Limited in July 2025 as part of a strategic repositioning of the group. Its banking subsidiary, formerly Steward Bank, was also renamed TN CyberTech Bank.
