Tizeti Network Limited, a solar-powered internet service provider, is taking a big move to transform Africa's connectivity experience with the launch of its New and Awesome Deal, an AI-driven broadband service that will debut in Nigeria and Ghana this October.

The company is now turning its focus from simply delivering connectivity to improving how customers interact with their service.

Subscribers will receive access to AI-powered tools that simplify account management, accelerate problem resolution, and deliver real-time service updates.

The rollout starts on October 1 for fibre consumers in Nigeria, followed by wireless Wi-Fi users on October 15 and Ghanaian subscribers on November 1.

Among the new features are instant verification through Customer Identification Numbers, live technician tracking, and smartphone-based monitoring of connection and device performance.

By incorporating the new solution into its infrastructure, the company positions itself not only as a provider of fast, unrestricted internet, but also as a pioneer of customer-centric, AI-enabled broadband provider in West Africa.

CEO of Tizeti, Kendall Ananyi, commented: “With AI, we’re going further, empowering users to manage and personalise their broadband experience with ease and transparency.”
