Infobip, a global provider of mobile solutions with a regional hub in Johannesburg, will introduce its end-to-end enterprise messaging solution along with underlying telecoms and IP technologies at the Tech Demo Africa conference on 3 June.
Combining locally-deployed infrastructure with direct access to SS7 telecoms networks and backed by years of industry experience, the solution is not only unique in South Africa, but an innovative concept on a global scale as well.
It allows banks, brands, aggregators, OTTs, and social networks to establish a direct SMS messaging communication with their end-users by connecting to a single provider. No intermediary systems are involved at any point of the interaction chain, as each element in the complex architecture is developed, maintained and controlled by Infobip.
The solution is easy to use for companies and developers and brings new levels of security, performance and service quality to the professional SMS messaging niche.
At Tech Demo Africa, Infobip's Technology Evangelist Marko Skomersic will explain the technical details to South African companies and ICT professionals, after the solution was formally announced last month.
The event takes place on 3 June in Johannesburg's Hyatt Regency hotel.
