African online hotel-booking service, Jovago.com has announced that clients can now use messaging applications like Whatsapp, Skype, Viber and LiveChat to book hotels.

A statement from the firm confirmed that customers can now make their bookings using the social messaging apps.

To book hotels via Viber or Whatsapp - customers need the Jovago customer care number through which transactions can be made.

For Skype, calls can be set up by adding Jovago's Skype ID and the 24/7 customer care is available to walk the customers through the decision on how to book and what hotels are available within their chosen vicinity, according to the statement.

Paul Midy, chief executive officer of Jovago said,"This is a step in making our customers more satisfied with our services. This approach renders us even more reliable since our customers can now book hotels without even having to open a browser, our availability on several social media platforms makes the process easier."
