Airtel Ghana plans to offer its subscribers in that country free access to Facebook, according to reports.

The teleco has setup ‘0.facebook.com’ to enable its subscribers to browse the social networking site for free, says a GhanaWeb report.

However, subscribers will have to put up with a watered down version of Facebook, as they will be charged a fee for downloading videos, audio and photos.
