As Africa becomes a profitable hunting field for cyber criminals, SEACOM today announced a partnership with US-based cyber security business Arctic Wolf to equip its clients with 'advanced security operations solutions' to battle the continent's mounting threats.

According to SEACOM, cyber-attacks compromise businesses of all sizes, and organisations are becoming more aware the importance of external security operations expertise.

To that end, the connectivity solutions provider says with Arctic Wolf's cloud-native platform and skilled security operations team, SEACOM clients may now benefit from personalised and proactive protection against both existing and future threats.

“This collaboration enhances SEACOM's product portfolio, addressing the specific security needs that many customers are seeking to safeguard their operations,” says the company.

SEACOM's existing portfolio of security products and solutions will now incorporate Artic Wolf's offerings, including as Managed Detection and Response, Managed Risk, Managed Security Awareness, Incident Response, Cloud Detection and Response, and Cloud Security Posture Management.
