Microsoft and First Distribution are hosting a webinar on December 3 to provide insight on how Microsoft Copilot can be used to improve productivity across Africa.

The webinar, titled: Discover the future of productivity for any size of business in Africa, is free-to-attend and aimed at IT decision makers in the banking, financial services, logistics and consumer goods sectors in the SADC region.

The Microsoft and First Distribution webinar, co-hosted by ITWeb Africa, will focus on Copilot's AI-driven capabilities, which are intended to empower organisations, streamline operations, support growth and efficiency.

The upcoming webinar will explore more about Microsoft Copilot’s cost-effective solutions to help small businesses automate processes without the need for large IT investments, with scalability to grow businesses.

First Distribution, a value-added distributor in Africa, offers a product portfolio of global data centre, cloud, networking and security products and services.

Of the webinar it says: “You’ll also see how Copilot’s AI can be tailored to understand local market trends and consumer behaviour, helping small businesses make data-driven decisions and stay competitive.

“Copilot is designed to work seamlessly, even in regions with limited internet connectivity, so even small businesses in rural areas can benefit from its powerful features.”
