Flutterwave has engaged over 85% of its 200 graduate trainees, following the completion of its maiden programme.

Launched in August 2022, the Flutterwave Graduate Trainee Programme is a 12-month-long paid traineeship for new graduates, with little to no work experience.

According to Flutterwave, the programme is aimed to establish a network of young talent and provide them with technical and soft skills, as well as practical experience.

It said: “This programme highlighted Flutterwave’s responsiveness to the needs of its customers, young talent and the community, as the programme was tailored to accommodate the needs of recent graduates.

“Over 170 graduate trainees have shaken off their graduate trainee titles and will kickstart their careers as analysts and engineers, in alignment with Flutterwave’s newly designed and launched career progression framework, which shows a clear pathway of growth from analyst to executive vice president.”
