CMC Networks names Paolo Gambini as chief revenue officer
CMC Networks, a pan-African network solutions provider, has named Paolo Gambini chief revenue officer for the Middle East and Africa region.
Gambini's new role, according to the South African-based company, will promote revenue growth and customer engagement while also driving strategic initiatives.
The seasoned executive has over 25 years of telecommunications experience, according to the company, and he has a solid track record in international sales, business development, marketing, and network architecture, giving a varied skill set to build on CMC Networks' success.
The company said his long experience also spans over a decade at Tiscali International Network/Inteliquent, where CMC said he held prominent positions such as vice president of product marketing and development, sales and marketing director, and chief technical officer at Tiscali Spain.
Furthermore, the company said the appointment is a significant milestone in the company's plan and mission to ensure that businesses and individuals may benefit from its technology regardless of their location.
