Microsoft has announced its first pricing update for Dynamics 365 in over five years, effective 1 October, 2024.

The pricing changes will be standardised across different currencies, although the cloud pricing for Dynamics 365 Business Central will remain the same, said the company in a blog.

The update follows various enhancements across both Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) capabilities, which now include connected applications across different business areas such as marketing, sales, and supply chain.

Bryan Goode, Microsoft’s corporate vice president, business applications and platform, said on the company blog: “While a lot has changed in the world in the last five years, our vision has stayed true: ensuring the Dynamics 365 experience helps organisations adapt to change and proactively transform their business.”
