Veeam has named Kinda Baydoun as the head of its Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Partner Organisation, as part of the company's efforts to strengthen its SaaS-first strategy and focus on the enterprise market.
Baydoun has been with Veeam for four years, leading partner engagement programs throughout the Middle East, Africa, and Eastern Europe and significantly contributing to the expansion of Veeam Data Cloud adoption, according to the business.
Prior to joining Veeam, Baydoun held several senior positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and HP, including Pointnext services leader and Middle East channel and partner manager.
She also worked for Sun Microsystems, where she oversaw services and sales throughout the Gulf and Pakistan.
Commenting on her new assignment, Baydoun said: “As Veeam advances its SaaS-first strategy and deepens its focus on the enterprise segment, we are also strengthening our capabilities in key areas such as security and artificial intelligence.”
She explained these priorities will be central to her work with partners as the company continue to deliver data resilience solutions aligned with customer needs through structured, strategic collaboration.
Baydoun added: “In today's digital landscape, data resilience is essential for company survival, ensuring that businesses can withstand and recover from disruptions while maintaining operational continuity.”
