As the threat landscape continues to evolve, relying solely on traditional security awareness training leaves organisations exposed.

A complimentary webinar, being hosted by ITWeb and ITWeb Africa in partnership with KnowBe4, will introduce a holistic Human Risk Management (HRM) strategy that goes beyond awareness to systematically assess, quantify, and reduce human-related risks.

This event, to be held on 8 October, is aimed at IT security decision-makers in Ghana and Kenya.

Attendees to the webinar will discover the DEEP model — Defend, Educate, Empower, Protect and learn how to transform employees from a point of vulnerability into a proactive and resilient line of defence.

Javvad Malik, lead security awareness advocate, KnowBe4, will lead the discussions.

Participants will gain an understanding of why traditional training is no longer enough to reduce human risk.

They’ll also get insight into a structured approach for defending, educating, empowering, and protecting your workforce, as well as discover methods for identifying and quantifying human-derived risk.

By attending the webinar, attendees will learn how to embed HRM into enterprise-wide risk management to build a more secure organisation and explore practical steps to foster accountability and embed security into daily behaviours.

KnowBe4 empowers workforces to make smarter security decisions and the company works with over 70,000 organisations worldwide.

The company also offers a comprehensive AI-driven platform for HRM, creating an adaptive defence layer that fortifies user behaviour against the latest cyber security threats.

To register to attend the webinar provide your details here. Confirmation of attendance is conditional upon approval by KnowBe4.
