Liquid Intelligent Technologies Zambia has launched a SME platform to promote digital growth and empower small businesses.

The company announced the move, stating that the tool is intended to provide SMEs in the Southern African country with the digital resources they require to compete, grow, and prosper in today's rapidly evolving business scene.

The portal unifies connectivity, collaboration tools, and cloud storage on a single platform. It also includes internet packages to improve team collaboration and data security tools.

According to Liquid, by focusing on simplicity of access and adaptability, the SME portal directly addresses the digital difficulties encountered by Zambian SMEs, many of whom lack specialised IT teams or substantial technology budgets.

Furthermore, the firm said the launch is part of Liquid Zambia’s broader commitment to advancing the nation’s digital transformation.

“ The SME Portal puts control back into the hands of entrepreneurs. For many SMEs, time and resources are limited, and managing technology can feel overwhelming. With this platform, everything they need is available in one place, easy to set up, and tailored to the business,” said Mwendamo Mazaba, acting CEO of Liquid Intelligent Technologies Zambia.

He added: “This is not just about providing technology; it’s about creating an accessible, adaptable digital ecosystem that grows with our SMEs.”
