AI-powered cybersecurity training will be deployed across the African continent through a partnership between Liquid C2 and CyberCoach.

The collaboration aims to reduce "human element" risks as digital transformation accelerates across the region and to provide scalable solutions for resource-constrained organisations.

The partnership comes as the African digital transformation market is projected to reach a 15.62% compound annual growth rate between 2026 and 2031.

The initiative addresses a critical skills gap highlighted in the 2025 Interpol Africa report, which found that 95% of respondents lacked access to adequate training and specialised security tools.

The growth necessitates robust cybersecurity guardrails to prevent unchecked attacks, says Vinay Hiralall, chief commercial officer of Liquid C2.

By automating security awareness, Liquid C2 will integrate CyberCoach’s privacy-first training platforms into tools such as Microsoft Teams and Slack.

Unlike traditional "one-size-fits-all" modules, the platform offers tailored learning paths based on specific job functions.

The training will be distributed through the Cloudmania channel ecosystem, targeting enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises, and public-sector institutions across its African footprint, says Liquid C2.

The collaboration aligns with the mission to build a safer digital society through evidence-based learning, says Maria Bique, CEO of CyberCoach.

The rollout is expected to strengthen Liquid C2’s existing security portfolio by focusing on employee-level defence mechanisms. The partnership is effective immediately, providing African businesses with localised access to interactive chatbot-integrated security training.
