Ireland-based Integrity360 has acquired its third South African cybersecurity company in under two years.

As part of its ongoing strategy to accelerate its African growth trajectory, Irish managed security service provider Integrity360 has acquired Redshift, a Johannesburg-based cyber security services provider.

The acquisition comes on the back of the Irish firm’s recent investments in the region – in 2024, it acquired the Cape Town-based Grove Group, and took control of South African Nclose in early 2025.

In a statement, Integrity 360 said Redshift will serve as a regional centre of excellence for the group’s cyber security testing. It added that Redshift will also be connected with the existing Integrity360 cyber advisory and managed services teams operating in the region, and clients will gain access to the service portfolio of the Dublin-headquartered company. This enables access to cyber security services, including risk and assurance, incident response and forensics, compliance, operational technology consulting, and comprehensive managed services.
