Apple's official distributor in Nigeria, Core Group Africa (CGA), has partnered with Stanbic Bank to enable clients to purchase the popular iPad tablet.

The gadget is available interest-free over 12 months.

The deal which is available from this week is expected to include any iPad with retina display and iPad mini, as well as other selected Apple products.

Rutger-Jan van Spaandonk director of Core Group said offering the finance deal was further testament to the commitment to making official Apple products more accessible to Nigerians.

He added, "The iPad is a life-changing product and we want to ensure that more Nigerians have the option of owning this revolutionary device."

"There has never been a more affordable finance deal to purchase an iPad in Nigeria and we encourage customers to apply,” Van Spaandonk concluded.
