CMC Networks, a global telecoms services provider, and ConnectiviTree, a digital infrastructure solutions firm, have inked a collaboration agreement to enhance connectivity.

CMC Networks provides communication services throughout multiple locations, with a primary focus on Africa and the Middle East.

The business stated this week that the alliance will combine ConnectiviTree's technology and RootNet network with CMC Networks' broad reach.

It went on to say: "Through the alliance, ConnectiviTree will benefit from CMC's extensive network footprint, while CMC will utilise ConnectiviTree's next-generation Plaza system and RootNet to enhance their product offering."

Furthermore, the business stated that CMC Networks is a significant player in the MEA connectivity, which qualifies CMC to join the Global Alliance as a member for this region.

"ConnectiviTree's pan-European RootNet and Plaza automation solution combined with the Global Alliance will allow us to extend our product offering to our customers," said Marisa Trisolino, CEO, CMC.

"Their expertise and network focused on the African continent will be a big addition," said ConnectiviTree CCO and co-Founder Eugen Gebhard.
