CMC Networks and Bridgepointe Technologies have formed an alliance to provide AI-driven infrastructure in MEA region.
CMC Networks and Bridgepointe Technologies have formed an alliance to provide AI-driven infrastructure in MEA region.

CMC Networks is partnering with Bridgepointe Technologies, a US-based tech advisory firm, to connect global enterprises across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) with artificial intelligence (AI)-powered network infrastructure.

The two businesses said the agreement will allow the tech consulting firm's enterprise clients to benefit from CMC Networks' AI-enabled networking and on-the-ground expertise across 62 MEA markets.

Paolo Gambini, chief revenue officer at CMC Networks pointed out that the MEA region has dynamic and unique markets, with opportunities outweighing the challenges, as such, the collaboration simplifies networking across the markets for customers who can roll-out applications with networking that is underpinned with leading technologies.

The move comes soon after the CMC appointed Mahesh Jaishankar to lead the company’s strategy to drive growth in AI-enabled operations as its managing director.

With this new agreement, Bridgepointe can provide customers with a unified solution for regional connectivity that combines AI-based operations (AIOps) with on-the-ground expertise and capabilities, while CMC Networks' AIOps maximises uptime, visibility, and control over pan-African networking to optimise enterprise applications and user experiences.

Commenting on the partnership, Brian Leonard, vice president of channel marketing and alliances, Bridgepointe Technologies said: “As enterprises expand into high-growth markets like Africa and the Middle East, they need networking partners who can deliver performance, reliability, and scale.

"Our partnership with CMC Networks brings together AI-driven infrastructure and regional expertise, enabling our clients to seamlessly connect in some of the most dynamic markets in the world.”
