LG Electronics launches ‘pink service’ in Nigeria
Women technicians have been employed by LG Electronics to provide technical support services for the business’s female customers in Nigeria.
The initiative, which is dubbed the ‘LG Pink Service’, is an extension to the LG’s ‘Care and Delight’ campaign.
“As a leading global brand, we strongly believe we have a role in solving customer service issues as well as forging new trajectories that will lead the LG brand to newer frontiers," said Deog Jun Kim, managing director, LG Electronics West Africa operations.
He added, "In light of this, we have adopted this new programme, the LG Pink service, a new approach to customer service that optimises both people and processes, creating long-term cultural change and measurable results.
Company officials have further said that in line with the policy of LG service practices, all technicians are planned to be reviewed to ensure a high level of customer service.
