Liquid C2, owned by Liquid Intelligent Technologies, has become the continent's first Google Cloud Interconnect provider.

Liquid said its relationship with the global hyperscaler Google Cloud adds significant capacity to the cloud solutions that its subsidiary already provides to customers across Africa through its Cloud Connect portfolio.

The company announced the development yesterday, saying that as a Google Cloud Interconnect provider, Liquid C2 can provide its customers with direct access to Google Cloud services, allowing African businesses to benefit from Cloud solutions.
