Flutterwave launches engineering programme in India
Flutterwave intends to create its first Engineering Mobility Programme in India, with the help of digital transformation consulting firm Capgemini.
The fintech announced the move yesterday, adding that Flutterwave's Nigerian and UK-based engineering teams will collaborate with Capgemini's tech talent in Bangalore to share industry best practises and groom the next-generation workforce.
According to the press release, Capgemini will use its deep domain expertise to improve Flutterwave's product delivery through a new cloud service provider.
Furthermore, Capgemini will play a critical role in Flutterwave's technology strategy by establishing a defined target-state and a detailed roadmap.
Capgemini will also assist in laying the groundwork for Flutterwave's transformation journey and the adoption of cloud-native solutions, enabling growth of payments in different regions.
