Networks Unlimited Event Highlights SimpliVity's New OmniStack Software
Leading data protection focused distributor invites hyperconverged vendor to discussdisaster recovery and data protection.
At a recent event hosted by Networks Unlimited, SimpliVity, a global leader in hyperconverged infrastructure revolutionising enterprise IT, discussed the recent launch of OmniStack 3.5, the next iteration of the transformational technology behind SimpliVity hyperconverged infrastructure.

During the recent event, Neil Simonsen, regional sales manager at SimpliVity, highlighted the new capabilities of OmniStack 3.5. Most notably, a larger, full-sized multi-node stretched cluster configuration enhances a company's native data protection feature set by helping customers plan for site failures with no data loss. This is something Networks Unlimited drives, to ensure customers can access the best data protection solutions in the world.
"This new version of OmniStack is an exciting step forward in efforts to simplify the data center with new features that enhance performance, manageability, availability, and choice," said Simonsen.
SimpliVity also introduced OmniView, a new web-based predictive analytics and trend analysis tool, as well as plans to release OmniStack for Hyper-V shortly after Microsoft's launch of Windows Server 2016.
SimpliVity remains the only hyperconverged infrastructure provider to combine all the functionality of an entire data center stack below the hypervisor - including compute, storage, network switching, replication, backup and more - onto industry-standard x86 hardware.
