Kwik introduces on-demand e-commerce fulfillment to Nigeria

Kwik, a digital platform for logistics services, announced the opening of its first on-demand e-commerce fulfilment centre in Lagos, yesterday.

KwikShelf is facility in Iddo House, Oyingbo in Lagos, which will open in September.

According to the startup, Nigerian merchants will be able to book warehousing space on demand, and completely outsource the storage and fulfilment of their merchandise in a scalable, economical, and effective manner from this central location.

Whether you need one square metre or a hundred, for a month or a year, KwikShelf will provide you with the necessary flexibility and ensure that your products reach your clients with lightning speed. And no more fixed costs,” said Romain Poirot-Lellig, CEO, Kwik.

KwikShelf intends to build up to 20 e-commerce fulfilment centres in major Nigerian towns and cities to meet the country's rising demand for flexible warehousing and fulfilment solutions.
