Digital asset company, 3.0 Verse has partnered with Palremit, a digital wallet, to launch a virtual debit card.

The partnership was sealed over the weekend with the parties, saying with Nigeria's rapidly growing digital economy, there is an increasing demand for efficient and reliable digital payment solutions specifically for international transactions.

The companies said the alliance intends to address these needs by leveraging their respective expertise and technologies.

Mayur Poddar, director of 3.0 Verse, noted the partnership presents an opportunity for the two companies to leverage their respective strengths and serve the people of Nigeria.

Poddar said: “Together, we will be able to revolutionize the way people interact with digital assets and redefine the future of the financial industry.”

Emmanuel Jago, the VP of Growth at Palremit said with the launch of the virtual cards, Nigerians can now make payments to over 150 countries.
