Video games such as Pac-Man, Final Fantasy and Ace Combat are available for Nigerian users of Nokia’s Asha Touch devices.

The Finnish mobile phone manufacturers and the Nigerian arm of the US arcade games manufacturer Namco Bandai have made over 20 vintage games available for the device.

James Rutherford, managing director, Nokia West Africa, said his company was excited about the partnership that allows owners of the phones to download games through the Nokia Store.

"It truly brings to the customers the desired gaming experience that will truly excite them,” said Rutherford.

"Nokia will continue to add value to our customers through the devices we manufacture and the apps embedded in them," he added.

Rutherford said titles are priced between $0.99 and $2.99.
