Nigeria calls on Africa to adopt tech to increase trust and accountability

Kashifu Abdullah, head of Nigeria’s IT development agency, believes that Africa’s governments must shift to deploying Digital Public Infrastructure and building citizen trust, rather than focus on ‘command and control’.
