Global technology and digital infrastructure executives, CEOs, and international experts gather in Lisbon for the 3rd edition of Atlantic Convergence

Lisbon – DE-CIX, the world’s leading Internet Exchange (IX) operator, will host the 3rd edition of Atlantic Convergence – in partnership with the other founders, AtlasEdge, EllaLink, Interfiber Networks, MEO Wholesale Solutions, and Nokia – from September 29 to October 1, 2026, at Pátio da Galé in Lisbon, Portugal. 

The event will bring together CEOs from the entire digital infrastructure value chain, alongside visionaries, policy makers, experts, and industry leaders from both sides of the Atlantic.

Atlantic Convergence positions Portugal as a “digital port” and strategic hub for infrastructure connecting Europe, Africa, and the Americas. 

Over the course of two days, a packed schedule will explore key areas such as submarine cables, space infrastructure, high-density AI data centers, and data sovereignty, among other critical topics.

Atlantic Convergence provides a platform for networking opportunities with more than 700 C-Level attendees from 580 companies and institutions and 58 countries. 

The event is structured to maximize the convergence between policy decision-making and technical execution through the integration of high-level discussions on digital sovereignty policies and emerging transatlantic data corridors, as well as a strategic focus on network resilience and preparing infrastructure for AI use cases.
