Open Access celebrates five years of building Africa's Internet Ecosystem

Open Access, Africa's premier and exclusive, ICT networking event, hosted by Teraco, Africa's largest data centre and FibreCo Telecommunications, South Africa's premier open access Carrier Service Provider, celebrates five years of connecting people, technology and continents. Comprising of a three-day event schedule, Open Access 2017, offers attendees numerous opportunities to connect and access leading ICT brands.

Lex van Wyk, Teraco, CEO, says that this year, Open Access will provide extended opportunities for people to connect and collaborate: "Over the past five years, Open Access has invested in creating an Internet ecosystem and we are excited to offer attendees access to all levels within this now complete ecosystem, including content providers."

Aimed at bringing value to the broader ICT industry, Open Access 2017 features a stellar line up of sponsors. Kicking off on Monday, 6 November with a Franschoek Valley Tour, Open Access will move into bilateral meetings on the Tuesday and Wednesday, culminating with its now legendary networking event at the Two Oceans Aquarium.
