Hexnode appoints enterprise sales director for Africa

Mitsogo Inc.'s enterprise software division, Hexnode, has appointed Andella Matthews regional sales director for Africa.

Matthews's new role will involve driving strategic initiatives, strengthening Hexnode's presence across the continent, and forming critical relationships to power the company's growth trajectory in Africa, according to the business.

The company said Matthews has more than a decade of expertise in technology and SaaS sales, specialising in lead generation, account management, and business expansion.

Her career has included leadership positions in globally recognised organisations like as Oracle, Capgemini, Sophos, and EY, where she has regularly achieved targets and established long-term client connections.

In a related development, the company said Matthews’s appointment comes at a transformative period for Hexnode in Africa.

It said under her leadership, Hexnode has already achieved significant milestones, including the strategic partnership with DCC Technologies, an ICT distributor in South Africa and the SADC (Southern African Development Community) region.

Additionally, it said Hexnode’s establishment of a South African office underscores the company’s commitment to delivering localized support and expertise to businesses across the continent

Hexnode, a Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) company, provides enterprises with a platform for managing and securing varied device fleets.

According Hexnode, it streamlines device lifecycle management while strengthening security measures, since it supports a wide range of operating systems such as Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, Fire OS, and tvOS.

As regional sales director, the company said Matthews will use her extensive knowledge of the SaaS business and experience in customer relationship management to establish Hexnode in the African UEM scene.
