Patrick Yoon, CEO of Olleh Rwanda Networks, Rwanda's only 4G LTE infrastructure company and partner in Tigo Rwanda's 4G effort, shares Maramba's view on the value the service will provide to customers.

He also said that over the past year, Olleh Rwanda Networks has made expansion its critical mission.

"The 4G network is expanding towards our target coverage of 95% of the country by 2017; the service expansion is on track with such partnership with Tigo Rwanda.
