HOSTAFRICA acquires Nigeria’s Webmanager.ng

The company says West Africa region has potential, with a booming tech scene and surging internet adoption.

As the South African-born web hosting company HOSTAFRICA continues to grow, it has acquired webmanager.ng, one of Nigeria's fastest-growing web hosting providers.

The business announced the move yesterday, stating that it is HOSTAFRICA's fourth investment in the vibrant West African region, which it believes has potential due to a thriving innovation environment and increasing use of the internet.

This acquisition, according to HOSTAFRICA, it aligns with its desire to empower individuals and businesses across Africa with advanced hosting solutions that will enable businesses to compete in the global economy.

According to the company, Nigeria is central to HOSTAFRICA’s growth strategy, as the country has huge potential with a projected 19.52% increase in web hosting industry revenue for 2024.
