Safaricom, Flytxt in data analytics partnership

Mobile consumer analytics solution provider Flytxt has announced an agreement with Safaricom, to deploy its Customer Value Management (CVM) solutions for Kenya's largest integrated telecommunication service provider.

Flytxt says advanced analytics powered solutions will enable Safaricom to improve customer experience. It aims to achieve this through what it describes as personalised and contextually relevant engagement with customers throughout their lifecycles.

Sylvia Mulinge, Director- Consumer Business at Safaricom, says the partnership with Flytxt aims to provide better customer insights that will help Safaricom realise its goal of delivering a differentiated experience to their customers.

"We continuously work to better understand our customers so that we are able to streamline our services and offer the best possible solution."

Flytxt leverages packaged analytics to provide telcos with insights that aid decision making across business workflows and touch points.

Flytxt has a presence across Africa through partnerships other Telecommunications companies, including a group level agreement with MTN.
