Fox IT, the global authority in service management, is pleased to announce a business relationship to further strengthen its capability to be responsive to the growing demand for IT service management and governance services in the Southern African Development Community (SADC) countries.

Ken Ramsden, Head of Alliances, Fox IT Limited, announces: “Through an agreement with FoxITSM South Africa, a company specialising in IT service management education and consultancy products and services, Fox IT is now able to deliver end-to-end ITIL, ISO/IEC20000 and IT governance-based consultancy and training services in South Africa and neighbouring countries. The agreement has already been extended to include Businet Systems Limited, an IT services company based in Kenya, with negotiations well advanced to extend local representation to other SADC countries.”
