Sharp upbeat at Nigerian prospects

Japanese technology equipment producer Sharp has launched a new range of printers and display products in Nigeria.

Speaking at the launch in Lagos, Tomoo Shimizu, director of Business Solutions Divisions at Sharp Middle East, said Nigeria is a promising market for genuine products.

He added that the West African country presents various business opportunities for his company.

“There is a growing demanding for versatile business products such as Multi-function Printers (MFP) and professional displays in the region, and Sharp is dedicated to meeting the needs of customers by offering the latest products with our cutting edge technologies, which are a result of 100 years of innovation and development,” he said.

Tommo also announced Sharp Middle East's new distribution partnership with Nigeria's CFAO Electro-Hall.

CFAO will distribute Sharp products locally.
